5S管理在新生儿院间安全转诊中的应用

摘　　要：目的:为探讨规范化护理管理,尝试运用5S管理模式规范新生儿接诊流程,提高安全转诊,进而培养护士自主管理,提高院前急救专科护理水平。方法:针对我院2007年1月～2010年12月1 188例院内转诊新生儿进行调查分析,对2009年1月～2010年12月626例院间转诊新生儿,运用5S管理模式进行流程优化。结果:将5S管理运用到新生儿院间转诊,有效保证了转运途中的安全,有效提高了治愈率,确保了医疗质量。结论:将5S管理应用于新生儿院间转诊,是一种安全、有效的管理方法。Objective： To investigate the standardization of nursing management,try to regulate the use of neonatal admissions 5S management processes,improve security referral,and to cultivate self-management nurses,to improve the level of pre-hospital emergency specialist care.Methods： From January 2007 to December 2010 in our hospital,1 188 cases of neonatal were given referral investigation and analysis,626 cases in the referral hospital newborn from January 2009 to December 2010 were given the use of process optimization 5S management mode.Results： 5S management was applied to inter-hospital neonatal referral,which effectively ensured the security of transit,improved the cure rate and ensured quality of care.Conclusion： 5S management in neonatal referral hospital is a safe and effective management.
