摘　　要：骨科医疗纠纷逐渐成为各家医院手术科室之首,各种纠纷给患者及其家属和临床医务人员带来了巨大心理的压力。本文根据近年文献和案例从患方、医方和疾病并发症的角度分析了骨科医疗纠纷的原因,并提出了相应的措施。Medical dissensions in department of orthopaedics have increased to the maximum comparing other department gradually.Kinds of medical dissension brought patients,dependents and medical staff enormous psychic pressure.According to recent literatures and cases,this article analyzes the causes of medical dissension from the standpoint of patient,medical worker and the complication of disease and introduced coping strategies.
