标本留置时间对尿RBC及WBC检测结果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿液标本不同留置时间对尿分析中红细胞(RBC)和白细胞(WBC)检测结果的影响。方法:对200份在我院住院患者的尿液标本分别于即刻(15 min内),1、2、4 h后采用同一尿分析仪进行测定。结果:在1 h内检查,RBC和WBC变化不明显,溶解率与即刻检查相比无显著性差异,几乎可以忽略不计,(P>0.05);放置1h后RBC和WBC形态开始出现明显变化,且时间越长,变化越大,放置2 h后与即刻检查比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);放置4h后与即刻检查比较,有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。4 h内检测LEU基本无差异,但随时间的推移,BLD的检测结果则逐步上升。结论:采用尿分析仪进行尿液常规分析时,应在l h内进行,以保证检测结果的准确性。] Objective： To study the different retention time urine analysis of urine red blood cell（RBC） and white blood cell（WBC） test results.Methods： Of the 200 patients in our hospital of urine samples were immediately（15min in）,1,2,4 h,after using the same urine analyzer were determined.Results： 1 h to check,RBC and WBC did not change significantly,dissolution rate and instantly check was no significant difference,almost negligible（P0.05）;placed RBC and WBC morphology 1 h,significant changes began to appear,and the longer,the greater the change,placed immediately after the examination compared 2 h,there was significant difference（P0.05）;placed 4 h,compared with the immediate inspection,there was a significant difference（P0.001）.LEU detected within 4 h basically no difference,but over time,BLD test results were gradually increased.Conclusion： Urine Analyzer Urine analysis should be carried out in the lh to ensure the accuracy of test results.Urine Analyzer Urine analysis should be carried out in the lh to ensure the accuracy of test results.
