摘　　要：目的:本文探讨IL-1β、MMP-3在OA中的表达及临床意义。方法:对37例膝关节骨关节炎患者,10例正常人关节液标本中的IL-1β、MMP-3进行了研究。IL-1β、MMP-3的检测均采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)。结果:OA关节液中IL-1β、MMP-3的水平均显著高于正常对照组。本研究结果还显示OA患者中IL-1β、MMP—3与病程成正相关。结论:OA患者关节液中IL-1β、MMP-3水平明显增高,它们与骨关节炎关节软骨退变有关。IL-1β、MMP-3在骨关节炎关节软骨退变的病理过程中发挥关键作用。Objective： To measure synovial fluid levels of IL-1β、MMP-3 for the investigation of the correlation of osteoarthritis （OA）. Methods： 37 patients with knee osteoarthritis were studied and 10 specimens of normal synovial fluid were used for the measurements. Synovial fluid levels of IL-1β、MMP-3 were measured by enzyme immunoassays. Results： In the OA patients, the synovial fluid levels of IL-1β、MMP-3 were all significantly higher than that in the normal synovial fluid. The synovial fluid levels of IL-1β、MMP-3 were elevated in OA when compared with normal, The synovial fluid concentrat ion of IL-1β、MMP-3 were related to the degree of OA. Conclusion：These findings demonstrated that the balance between the synovial fluid level of IL-1β、MMP-3 is broken and might promote cartilage degradation. The measurement of IL-1β、MMP-3 could be used to evaluate the prognosis of OA and to assist in therapy.
