摘　　要：目的:探讨Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin在卵巢上皮癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用Survive蛋白的单克降抗体及血管抑素Angiostatin的单克降抗体,以SP免疫组织化学方法,对41例卵巢上皮癌、11例良性卵巢上皮瘤和10例正常卵巢组织的石蜡标本作Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin的检测,并分析卵巢上皮癌的临床病理资料。结果:(1)正常卵巢组织Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin均呈阴性表达,良性卵巢上皮瘤Survive蛋白呈阴性表达,血管抑素Angiostatin呈阳性表达。卵巢上皮癌中可有Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin表达,Survive蛋白在正常卵巢,卵巢良性肿瘤与卵巢恶性肿瘤之间2者的表达有极显著差异(P<0.01);血管抑素Angiostatin在正常卵巢、卵巢肿瘤之间2者的表达有极显著差异(P<0.01);卵巢上皮癌与卵巢上皮瘤相比2者的表达呈升高趋势,但不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)Survive蛋白的阳性表达与卵巢上皮癌的临床分期、组织分化程度及病理类型正相关(P<0.05);血管抑素Angiostatin的阳性表达与卵巢上皮癌的临床分期、组织分化程度及病理类型呈负相关(P<0.05);(3)Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin的阳性表达与卵巢上皮癌的预后有关(P<0.05):(4)Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin在卵巢上皮癌中的表达呈正性相关,2者表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论;Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin可能是卵巢上皮癌发生的相关基因,与肿瘤的发展及转移有关,检测Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin可以估计卵巢上皮癌患者的预后,辅助指导临床化疗。Objective： To investigate correlation of Survive and angiostatin expression in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods： Two monoclonal antibodies, anti Survive and Angiostatin were used in immunohistochemical reaction to measure survive and angiostatin in paraffin section of 41 ovarian epithelial carcinoma, llovarian tumor and 10 normal controls. And clinical pathological sections of ovarian epithelial-carcinoma were also examined. Results： （1）Two was no expression of Survive, Angiostatin in normal controls, but over expression in some ovarian epithelial carcinoma. （2）Survive over expression were correlaed with the clinical stages and histodifferentiation and pathological type of ovarian epithelial carcinoma（P〈0.05）, Angiostatin under expression were correlated with the clinical stages and histodifferentiation and pathological type of ovarian epithelial carcinoma. （3） The expression of Survive and Angiostatin were also correlated with prognosis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma（P〈0.05）. （4） In ovarian epithelial carcinoma time,over expression of Survive correlated well with Angiostatin（P=0.013）. Conclusion：Survive and angiostatin may be correlated with the occurrence of ovarian epithelial carcinoma,with advanced and metastasis also .The measurement of Survive and Angiostatin can be used to evaluate the prognosis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and to assist in chemotherapy.
