Ⅱ度压疮临床上2种护理方法的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:目的探讨敷新鲜鸡蛋内皮在治疗Ⅱ度压疮中疗效是否优于外涂聚维酮碘软膏。方法:将34例Ⅱ度压疮患者随机分为两组,观察组17例疮面敷新鲜鸡蛋内皮:对照组17例疮面外涂聚维酮碘软膏。根据疮面情况按需换药,观察记录疮面结痂愈合时间及治愈率。结果:2组痊愈率、疮面愈合时间比较,有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:敷新鲜鸡蛋内皮治疗Ⅱ度压疮在治愈率及治愈时间上显著优于外涂聚维酮碘软膏。Objective： To explore fresh eggs deposited in the treatment of endothelial Ⅱ degree of efficacy to superior to pressure sores treated with povidone--iodine ointment. Methods ： 34 cases of grade Ⅱ pressure ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 17 cases of fresh eggs deposited endothelial wound surfac, Control group, 17 cases of wound surface treated with povidone--iodine ointment. According to sore face of on--demand medicat ion, observed and recorded surface crust ing sores heal ing time and cure rate. Results ： Two groups of cure rate, wound healing time compared to a statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Fresaeggs depositedendothelial Ⅱ degree ofpressure soretreatmentand healing time in the cure rate might be significantly higher than that treated with povidone--iodine ointment.
