摘 要:[目的]研究转基因水稻中外源基因向同科杂草稗草的基因漂移情况。[方法]利用农杆菌介导的方法,获得稳定遗传的转hpt基因水稻株系,对转基因水稻田中自然生长和人工种植的稗草种子进行PCR检测,确定是否含有转基因成分。[结果]通过对多株杂草稗种子获得的22 000株幼苗的PCR检测,均未能检测到外源基因的存在。[结论]未发现稳定遗传的转基因水稻中外源基因向稗草的漂移。[Objective] The aim was to investigate the possibility of gene flow from transgenic rice to barnyard grass.[Method] The transgenic rice line in the 4th generation with single-copy hpt gene was obtained from Zhonghua 11,a Japonica rice cultivar,mediating by Agrobacterium tumefaciems.PCR amplification was performed to detect whether there is hpt gene in the barnyard grass seeds natural growing in the field or planted in the plot where transgenic rice planting.[Result] The foreign hpt gene has not been detected in anyone of the 22 000 seedlings from several barnyard grass plants.[Conclusion] The foreign gene flow from stably inherited transgenic rice lines to barnyard grass has not been found in this study.
