长三角地区生产性服务业布局的结构与趋势分析

摘　　要：在后经济危机和资源环境约束日渐趋紧的形势下,长江三角洲地区面临产业结构转型升级的压力。本文从长三角生产性服务业发展的总体状况出发,从三个地域层面总结本地区生产性服务业布局的结构。根据长三角产业结构升级及其空间布局结构优化加快,分析得出本地区生产性服务业在空间优化过程中将形成具有极强竞争力的生产性服务业集聚区、与现代制造业相匹配的生产性服务业产业结构、与区域发展格局相适应的生产性服务业布局结构,生产性服务业的合理布局将重构长三角区域经济的格局。On the period of post -economic crisis and resource and environment stress, the Yangtze River Delta （YRD） is facing industrial transformation and upgrading. The paper sum up the characteristics of layout structure of producer services from three geographic levels. With the upgrading of industries structure and optimization of their layout structure in the YRD, this region will forming producer services agglomeration areas with high competitiveness, producer service industries structure matching with the development of modern manufacturing industries, and layout structure of producer services suiting to regional development pattern in the near future. The rationally spatial layout of producer services would promote spatial economy reconstruction of YRD.
