寒喘平、热喘平口服液平喘作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察寒喘平、热喘平口服液对支气管哮喘发作期的平喘作用。方法:以引喘潜伏期为指标,观察寒喘平、热喘平口服液对豚鼠“乙酰胆碱-组胺”性哮喘模型、以及以肺溢流量为指标,观察对组胺所致豚鼠及卵白蛋白所致大鼠支气管痉挛的作用。结果:寒喘平、热喘平口服液均能明显延长豚鼠哮喘潜伏期,减少豚鼠和大鼠的肺溢流量。结论:该2药能对抗支气管平滑肌痉挛,具有平喘作用。OBJECTIVE:To observe the function of Han Chuan Ping and Re Chuan Ping Oral Medicine in relieving asthma at attack stage.METHOD:To observe the effect of Han Chuan Ping and Re Chuan Ping Oral Medicine on acetylcholine-histamine asthma guinea pig model with incubation period of asthma as index, and on histamine bronchospasm guinea pig model and egg albumin bronchospasm rat model with the pulmonary overflow amount as index.RESULT:The findings showed that both Han Chuan Ping and Re Chuan Ping Oral Medicine were effective in prolonging guinea pig asthma incubation period and reducing guinea pig and rat pulmonary overflow amount.CONCLSION:The two medicines proved effective in anti-bronchus smooth muscle spasm.
