摘 要:机械密封方案传统设计方法存在大量重复性工作、设计知识缺乏积累和继承以及研制周期长、成本高等问题,为此,提出了基于实例推理的机械密封方案设计方法。首先在分析研究机械密封方案设计内容和设计流程的基础上,采用分层次的实例库来表示实例,达到提高检索效率的目的;然后采用Express与XML集成的方法来表示实例模型,并根据机械密封特点采用最邻近法检索相似实例,最后构建了基于实例推理的机械密封方案设计系统框架。基于实例推理的机械密封方案设计方法必将降低密封研制周期和成本。A case-based reasoning (CBR) method is presented to overcome the problems existing in the traditional mechanical seals scheme design, such as large amounts of repeated works, excessive dependence on designer's experiences, lack of accumulation and inheriting of design knowledge, etc. First, the content and process of scheme design in mechanical seals were analyzed and investigated, in order to improve the search veracity and efficiency, the hierarchical case library was adopted to represent the case. Then, the descriptions of case models were studied, and a kind of nearest neighbor algorithm was proposed to retrieve similar cases according to the characters of mechanical seals. Finally, a system framework of CBR mechanical seals scheme design was constructed.
