摘 要:为了解决企业工艺分工规划中零件承制车间的优化选择问题,合理利用制造资源,提出了基于车间能力的工艺分工规划方法。该方法依据设备能力建立车间能力模型,并根据车间能力和状态为零件的主要工序选择满足加工要求的承制车间,得到候选车间列表;在此基础上依据生产时间,生产成本和加工质量及其子集,采用多层次模糊综合评判法建立候选车间评价模型,通过该评价模型确定候选车间的优先顺序,最终得到最优的承制车间。最后,通过一个实例验证了所述方法的有效性。Aiming at solving shop optimization selection among process assignment planning and utilizing manufacture resource more reasonably in enterprises,a method named process assignment planning based on shop capability was proposed.In this method,shop capability model was built by the capability of machine tools and manufacturing shops were selected for the main procedures of parts by shop capability and status,and the list of candidate shops was obtained.Then,by analyzing the influencing factors such as production time,production cost and machining quality,the method of multi-fuzzy comprehensive appraisement was adopted to build the evaluation model of multi-candidate shops to get the priority sequences of candidate shops to select the optimal manufacturing shop.Finally,the method was verified by an example.
