摘  要:目的:比较电针、穴位注射、艾灸的治疗效应。方法:采用完全随机设计,以小鼠的Y迷宫空间分辨学习记忆行为为指标,观察最佳刺激量电针、穴位注射、艾灸百会、大椎穴的疗效差异。结果:艾灸、电针、脑活素穴位注射均可促进小鼠的Y迷宫空间分辨学习能力,且艾灸作用最强,其次是脑活素穴位注射,电针作用最弱。结论:不同的刺激因子治疗效应不同,在此条件下,艾灸疗效最好。OBJECTIVETo compare the therapeutic effect of electrotherapy.METHOD:point-injection and moxibustion by observing their best stimulation -Baihui(Du20) and Dazhui(Du14)were used-in influencing labyrinth space-recognizing memory study of D-galactose mice aging models.RESULT:Labyrinth space-recognizing memory study ability of mice aging models could be improved by moxibustion , electrotherapy and cerebrolysin point-injection, yet obviously differences were found through analysis of variance( P <0.01). Best result was achieved by moxibustion ,the second by cerebrolysin point-injection ,the third by electrotherapy.CONCLRSION:Different stimulating factors would result in different therapeutic effect, best of which could be obtained by moxibustion.
