摘　　要：本文从技术溢出是否存在及其影响因素两个层面,对FDI技术溢出的经验研究文献进行梳理,并作出了相应的评述。在是否存在正溢出效应方面,由于采用的理论模型、计量分析方法、样本及样本区间等方面有所差别,国外的文献存在较大差异。而以中国为样本的研究则相对乐观,多数研究得出FDI的技术溢出效应显著为正的结论,但地区差异较大,呈东部强、中西部弱的格局。在FDI技术溢出的影响因素方面,现有研究取得较多共识,主要包括:充分的市场竞争是影响FDI技术溢出的重要因素或条件;技术差距或东道国的吸收能力影响或决定技术溢出的效果;经济发展水平或综合条件的差异使得溢出效应呈现显著的区域特征。与此同时,因变量的选择、模型的不确定性、行业的差异以及制度的影响是未来有待深入研究的问题。This paper looks through the empirical researches on spillover effect of technology for two subjects and makes comments on them.One is whether there is the effect;the other is the determinate factors of the effect.For the first one,there are great variances between the results of foreign researches and those in China,since the theoretical model,econometric methods,samples and the sample intervals which have been used are different.The results from those researches on China are more optimistic than others.From most of them,technological spillover effects of FDI are significantly positive.However,the variances among districts are huge.The effects in eastern China are strong while those are a little bit weaker in middle and western China.For the determinate factors,existing researches have come to many agreements： perfect competition is an important factor of technology spillover of FDI,technological gap or the absorptive capacity of the host country may determine the effect,development level or comprehensive situations determine the distinct regional variances of the effect.Overall,choices of the dependent variables,uncertainty of the model,variances among industries and the influences from the system should be studied in the future.
