摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病下肢血管病变(LEAD)与血脂、血糖的关系,为其防治提供依据。方法 2型糖尿病患者88例,按是否合并下肢血管病变分成2组:有下肢血管病变组和无下肢血管病变组,分别测定空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果有下肢血管病变组FBG、2 hBG明显高于无下肢血管病变组,两者之间差异有显著性。2型糖尿病患者血脂测定显示:TG、TC、LDL升高以及2项以上血脂指标异常比例分别为56.85%(50/88)、20.45%(18/88)、55.68%(49/88)、67.06%(59/88),其中有下肢血管病变组的血脂异常率与无下肢血管病变组比较明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2型糖尿病患者中,有下肢血管病变组TG、TC、LDL水平较无下肢血管病变组升高,而HDL-C水平降低,统计学比较有显著差异。结论 2型糖尿病下肢血管病变与血糖、血脂关系密切,治疗上不仅要控制血糖,同时也不应忽视对血脂异常的防治。Objective To explore the relations between lower-extremities arterial disease(LEAD)and lipid and blood glucose in type 2 diabetic mellitus(DM),and to provide basis for prevention and treatment.Methods 88 cases of type 2 DM were divided into 2 groups with LEAD and without LEAD,The level of blood glucose,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured.Results 1.The level of blood glucose in type 2 DM with LEAD was higher than type 2 DM without LEAD(P0.05;2.Measuring blood lipid meters in type 2 DM showed that the rates of increased TG,TC,LDL and the rate of dyslipidemia in more than two index were as high as 56.85%,20.45%,55.68%,and 82.98%,among which the rate of dyslipidemia in type 2 DM with LEAD was higher than that of DM without LEAD.3.Compared with type 2 DM without LEAD,the level of TG,TC,LDL-C were higher but HDL-C was lower.There was statistical significance(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion LEAD in type 2 DM is correlated with blood lipidemia and blood glucose.We should not only control blood glucose,but also should not neglect the prevention of abnormal lipidemia.
