摘　　要：本实验采用多发梗塞性痴呆（ＭＩＤ）模型大鼠，观察其针刺前后各组行为学变化。结果表明，ＭＩＤ模型大鼠存在着学习记忆能力障碍，预防组学习记忆能力明显改善。经针刺治疗后其学习记忆能力增强，针刺有穴位的特异性。In this research, we observed the effects of the 'Tiao Shen Yi Zhi' acupuncture method on the behavior changes of multi-infarct dementia(MID) model rats. The results show that MID rats manifest the disorder in learning and memory. The 'Tiao Shen Yi Zhi' acupuncture method could obviously improve the ability of learning and memory of MID rats which was in prevention group. The effects of the acupuncture has point specificity.
