电针治疗对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经Na^+-K^+/ATPase活性的影响

摘　　要：为观测电针治疗对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经 Ｎａ＋－Ｋ＋／ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性的影响，采用神经生物化学方法。结果显示：第一批实验：糖尿病（ＤＭ）组大鼠坐骨神经Ｎａ＋－Ｋ＋／ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性与正常（ＮＤ）组相比，６周已明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），１０周进一步下降（Ｐ＜０．００１）；电针治疗（ＥＡ）组 ６周（治疗停止）与 ＮＤ组比较未下降，与 ＤＭ组比较有明显差异（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０５）， １０周（治疗停止后 ４周）与 ＮＤ组比较尽管下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），但较ＤＭ组减轻（Ｐ＜０．０５）。第二批实验：ＤＭ组与ＮＤ组比较，４周时虽下降但无意义， ８周、 １２周、２４周均明显下降（ Ｐ＜ ０． ００１）； ＥＡ组与 ＮＤ 组比较下降不明显，与ＤＭ 组比较 ８周、 １２周、２４周均有显著差异（ Ｐ＜ ０． ００１）。提示：电针可防止糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经Ｎａ＋－Ｋ＋／ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性下降。The changes of sciatic nerve Na+ -K+ /ATPase activity in diabetic rats were detected by neurobiochemical methods to analyse the therapeutic effects of EA. Results: 1 ). In the first batch of experiment, the sciatic nerve Na+ -K+ /ATPase activity of diabetic group (DM) decreased significantly at the 6th week(P < 0. 05) and 10th week(P < 0. 001 ) compared with the normal (ND) group. While in the EA group the Na+ -K+ /ATPase activity did not decrease at the 6th week (compared with DM group, P < 0. 05), and decreased significantly at the 10th week (withdrawing treatment for 4 weeks, P < 0. 01 ), but which was less severe than that in the DM group (P < 0. 05 ). 2) In the second batch of experiment, the Na+ -K+ /ATPase activity of the DM group began to decrease at the end of 4th week (P >0. 05 ), and decreased significantly at the end of 8th, 12th and 24th week (P < 0. 001, respectively) compared with the ND group. In the EA group (treated with EA for 24 weeks) Na+ -K+ / ATPase activity had no significant decrease at each time point, having a significant high value at the end of sib, 12th and 24th week compared with that in the DM group (P < 0. 001, respectively). These results suggest that EA can prevent and treat the neuropathy by protection against the decreasing of Na+ -K+ /ATPase activity. The mechanisms of EA influencing on the Na+ -K + /ATPase activity were discussed in this paper.
