数字环境下的信息化人才培养刍议

摘　　要：高度数字化已经成为当今社会的重要特征之一,迅猛的数字化浪潮正冲击着社会的各个领域。随着我国国民经济和社会信息化的推进,信息化人才的需求与日俱增,要求也越来越高,因此培养信息化人才显得尤为重要。在阐述信息化人才的涵义及其需求层次的基础上,分析了数字环境下信息化人才培养的必要性,总结了信息化人才的培养若干方式,并对信息化人才培养相关的保障机制进行了探讨。Highly digitization has become an important feature of today＇s society,the rapid digitization wave is hitting the community in various fields.With the progress of our national economy and high-speed development of the information society,the demand and requirements to informatization talents are becoming higher,therefore,the training of informatization talents is particularly important.This paper describes the meaning of informatization talents and their hierarchy of needs,analysis the necessity for them under the digital environment,sums up the methods of how to train informatization talents and discusses the protection mechanisms about the training of informatization talents.
