摘  要:目的:研究夏枯草( Prunella vulgaris L.) 的化学成分。方法:用现代各种色谱方法分离夏枯草化学成分,用波谱技术鉴定结构。结果:从夏枯草的干燥果穗中分得6 个化合物,经波谱( I R, U V, F A B M S,1 Dand 2 D N M R)解析分别鉴定为3β,16α,24三羟基齐墩果12烯28酸3 O(6′丁酰基)β D吡喃葡糖苷( I) ,乌苏酸( I I) ,2α,3α二羟基乌苏12烯28酸( I I I) ,槲皮素( I V) ,槲皮素3 Oβ D半乳糖苷( V) 和咖啡酸乙酯( V I) 。结论: I为新化合物,命名为夏枯草皂苷 B(vulgarsaponin B) , I I I为首次从该植物中分离得到, V, V I为首次从该属植物中分离得到。AIM: To find the chemical constituents of Prunella vulgaris L. METHODS: To separate the constituents of Prunella vulgaris by using various kinds of chromatography and identify their structures on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the spikes of Prunella vulgaris L. Their structures were established as 3β,16α,24 trihydroxyoleana 12 en 28 oic acid 3 O (6′ butyryl) β D glucopyranosid (I), ursolic acid (II), 2α,3α dihydroxyurs 12 en 28 oic acid (III), quercetin (IV), quercetin 3 O β D galactoside (V) and ethyl caffeate (VI) based on the analysis of spectral data of IR, UV, FAB MS, 1D and 2D NMR. CONCLUSION: I was a new compound, named vulgarsaponin B, III was isolated for the first time from this plant, V and VI for the first time from the Prunella genus.
