摘  要:基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法并采用动网格技术建立了滚动转子压缩机的数值分析模型,模拟循环的结果符合理论工作循环。经与试验对比验证模拟的容积效率和指示效率准确可靠,模拟的载荷变化为动载荷下机械损失的研究和评价提供了依据。对流场的分析表明气液分离器内的压力变化主要集中在排气弯管内,压力波动过程中存在气体动能和势能的相互转化,设计改进应以减少能量转化过程中的损失为目标。Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method and dynamics mesh technology,the numerical simulation of rolling piston compressor was performed.The result of simulation cycle agree very well with working cycle,and the volumetric efficiency and indicated efficiency of simulation was also in good agreement with the experimental data.Meanwhile,the load changes of simulation provided the basis for the research and evaluation of mechanical loss.The flow field analysis of accumulator showed the changes of pressure occurred mainly in the tube,the transformation between kinetic and potential energy produced in the process of pressure fluctuations.The objective of design improvement should be reducing energy loss in the process of transformation.
