抗衰老片对实验性肾阳虚小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察抗衰老片对"劳倦过度、房事不节"诱发的肾阳虚小鼠模型免疫功能的影响。方法筛选健康雄性KM小鼠54只,随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,抗衰老片高、中、低剂量组和金匮肾气丸组6组。采用强迫小鼠游泳方法造成劳倦过度,以Colldege效应诱导雄性小鼠房事不节,建立肾阳虚小鼠模型,观察各组胸腺指数、脾脏指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞活性等免疫指标的变化。结果模型对照组小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞活性等指标较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);抗衰老片高剂量组小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),中、低剂量组小鼠的胸腺指数显著升高(P<0.01),脾脏指数仅有升高趋势,但差异无统计意义(P>0.05);抗衰老片高、中剂量组T、B淋巴细胞SI和NK细胞活性显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),抗衰老片低剂量组和金匮肾气丸组NK细胞活性显著升高(P<0.05)。结论抗衰老片能明显提高肾阳虚小鼠的免疫功能,进一步表明中医肾在免疫调节中的主导作用。Objective To observe the effects of Anti-aging Tablets on immune function of mice models with deficiency of the kidney-yang induced by over-exertion and sexual overstrain.Methods 54 healthy male mice were divided into six groups randomly：normal control group,model control group,low,middle,high dose groups of Anti-aging Tablets and Jinkui Shenqi Pills group.Over-exertion model could be made by forcing mice to swim,and deficiency of the kidney-yang could be made by colldege effect to induce sexual overstrain in male mice.Changes of immune indexes（thymus index,spleen index,spleen lymphocyte proliferation and NK cell activity） were observed in different groups.Results The immune indexes of model control group were significantly lower than those of normal control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The thymus index and spleen index of high dose group of Anti-aging Tablets were significantly increase（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,thymus indexes of low and middle dose groups of Anti-aging Tablets were significantly increase（P〈0.01）,but the spleen indexes were no significantly increase（P〉0.05）.The stimulation index of T and B lymphocyte and NK cell activity of middle and high dose groups of Anti-aging Tablets were significantly increase（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,NK cell activities of low dose groups of Anti-aging Tablets and Jinkui Shenqi Pills group were significantly increase（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Anti-aging Tablets could significantly improve the immune function of mice models with deficiency of the kidney-yang,and it is further proved that kidney places a leading role in the immune regulation.
