摘 要:为了掌握云南烟叶总氮含量的特征情况,本文对2004年至2008年全省12个烤烟种植区的12 947个烤烟烟叶样品中的总氮含量进行了统计分析。结果表明:云南省烤烟上、中部位烟叶样品的总氮含量绝大部分在1.5%~2.5%,下部烟叶样品的总氮含量绝大部分在1.0%~2.0%;总氮含量的平均值上部为2.17%、中部为1.85%、下部1.63%。部位间烟叶总氮含量差异达显著水平。各部位烟叶样本总氮含量在州市间和品种间均存在一定的差异。州市间总氮含量总体是文山州较高,大理州、丽江市和楚雄州相对较低,差异达显著水平。云南4个主栽品种上部烟叶的总氮含量品种间差异不显著;中部烟叶红大的总氮含量显著低于其他3个品种,云烟87显著低于云烟85和K326,云烟85和K326差异不显著;下部叶K326的总氮含量显著高于其他3个品种,云烟87、云烟85和红大差异不显著。In order to understand the characteristics of total nitrogen content of tobacco in Yunnan,the total nitrogen content of flue-cured tobacco in different production areas and varieties were studied in this paper based on 12 947 samples data from 12 locations,four varieties and from 2004 to 2008 in Yunnan province.The results showed that: the total nitrogen content of most top and middle flue-cured tobacco leaves were 1.5 %-2.5 %,that of lower tobacco leaves of the vast majority samples were between 1.0 %-2.0 %.The total nitrogen content of upper,middle and lower tobacco leaves average was 2.17 %,1.85 %,1.63 %,respectively.The difference of flue-cured tobacco total nitrogen content reached significant level among different position.There were certain difference in total nitrogen content among different prefectures and varieties.In the whole,the content of total nitrogen of tobacco leaves of Wenshan was relatively high,that of Dali,Lijiang and Chuxiong were relatively lower,the difference reached significantly level.The total nitrogen difference of upper leaves was not significant among the four mainly varieties.In the middle leaves,the total nitrogen content of Hongda was significantly lower than that of the other three varieties,the total nitrogen content of Yunyan 87 was significantly lower than that of Yunyan 85 and K326,and the difference between Yunyan 85 and K326 was not significant.For the lower leaves,the total nitrogen content of K326 was significantly higher than that of the other three varieties,and there were not significantly different among Yunyan 85,Yunyan 87 and Hongda.
