摘  要:1000MW转子精加工后需在轴颈部位大面积堆焊1.25Cr-0.5Mo材料,经过大量试验研究,成功开发了微弧等离子堆焊。严格控制其热输入量,采用小参数多层多道堆焊,制订了转子堆焊操作指导书,并在6根高、中压转子上成功实施,焊接质量及变形量均达设计要求。The rotor axis of finish machining 1000MW steam turbine need to be surfacing welding a large area of material 1.25Cr- 0.5Mo, after extensive testing, a micro-plasma arc welding method was developed successfully, the heat input was controlled strictly, multi-pass welding was used by small parameter, the operation instruction was formulated, and the surfacing welding was implemented successfully on 6 high-medium pressure rotors, and the welding quality and deformation were reached the design requirements.
