摘　　要：文章首先对进口机组汽缸中分面螺栓用材进行分析,通过与国内亚临界汽轮机高温螺栓用钢之比较,确定了该螺栓的代用材料,完成了螺栓热加工及冷加工制造。通过对螺栓强度的分析计算,确定了工作状态下保持汽密时螺栓中的应力及螺栓的初始应力。最后对螺栓现场安装技术要求进行了详细阐述。成功实施了进口机组中分面螺栓的国产化。The article first analysed the material of split bolt for the import unit cylinder, comparing with the material of domestic sub-critical steam turbine high temperature steel bolts, determined alternative materials of the bolt, completed the thermal processing and cold bolt manufacturing. Through the analysis of bolt strength calculations to determine the initial stress of bolt under working conditions. Finally, bolt-site installation technical requirements were described in detail, the localization of bolts for the import unit split was implemented successfully.
