摘　　要：文章以超超临界1000MW汽轮机喷嘴室为对象,通过对产品结构特性、工艺性分析,并结合先进的加工刀具及方法,制定了先进、合理的喷嘴室数控加工方案,满足了设计要求及产品质量要求。This article was based on the nozzle box of 1000MW ultra-supercritieal pressure units as an object, and analyzed the configuration of design and the machining with using the advanced tools and techniques. We formulated the advanced and logical NC machining project to ensure the requirements of design and quality.
