摘　　要：本文将我国已故著名经济学家顾准与卓炯的社会主义商品经济理论主要观点作了比较分析,通过分析指出了两位学者各自论点的异同和论证的科学程度,对于经济学说史研究和经济理论研究具有学术理论价值。This paper makes a contrastive study between the late famous economists GU Zhun and ZHUO Jiong,in terms of their socialist market economic theories.Relevant analysis points out their differences in viewpoints and their scientific argumentations,with the intent to provide academic and theoretical contributions to the research of economy history and economy theories.
