摘　　要：思想政治教育的发展及其效果是不同影响因素相互作用的结果,特别是决定性因素功能的发挥决定着思想政治教育的效果。决定性因素是否总是扮演着积极性功能?从四个方面对思想政治教育决定性因素的功能悖论性作出阐述,目的是在思想政治教育实践中,坚持科学发展观,发挥思想政治教育决定因素的积极功能,规避决定性因素的负面功能。The development and effect of Ideological and political education are the interactive result of different influencing factors,especially the expansion of the determining factor is decisive in the ideological and political education.Is the determining factor always playing a positive function？ This paper elaborates on the paradoxical functions of ideological and political education from four aspects with the purpose of sticking to the scientific concept of development,expanding the positive function of the determining faction of ideological and political education and avoid its negative effect in the practice of ideological and political education.
