摘　　要：剖宫产在产科中呈现越来越高的比例,而仰卧位低血压综合征是剖宫产麻醉中经常出现的一种现象,其发生机制、原因及其防治都有了较多的研究,在临床产科麻醉中起到了积极的指导作用,现结合近年来不断深入的研究,对剖宫产手术椎管内麻醉后仰卧位低血压综合征的防治作一综述。Cesarean section holds a larger proportion in obstetrics and supine hypotensive syndrome appears frequently in the cesarean section under intrathecal anesthesia. Its mechanism, causes, prevention and treatment all have an intensive study now, playing an active role in guiding clinical anesthesia. With the research already made, we provide an overview on its prevention and treatment.
