硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊外用联合完带汤内服治疗细菌性阴道病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊外用联合完带汤内服治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法对我院妇科门诊2010年1月～8月接诊的103例细菌性阴道病患者,随机分为两组,治疗组53例用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊外用联合完带汤内服,对照组50例单纯采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊外用,均为6天一个疗程。结果治疗组治疗有效率96.23%,对照组治疗有效率90.00%,两组有效率对比p>0.05,无显著性差异,治疗痊愈后1个月经周期随访比较,治疗组复发5例,复发率14.29%,对照组复发14例,复发率45.16%,两组比较有显著性差异p<0.05。结论硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊外用联合完带汤内服较单一使用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊外用有更好远期效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules combined with wandai decoction for oral use and for vagina administration in treating Bacterial vaginosis. Methods This study included 103 women to trouble with bacterial vaginosis . They were remedy in our Gynecology clinic through Jan- uary to August 2010. The 103 cases were randomization as the treatment group and the control group. The 53 cases which use Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules and wandai decoction for six days, and the other 50 cases as the control merely use Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Apsules for six days too. Results The effective rates of the treatment group was 96. 23%, and the control was 90.00% （p 〉 0.05 ）. After one menstrual cycle, we found 5 eases of the treatment group getting recurred, and the control had 13 cases. The recurrence rate of two group were 14.29% and 45.16% （p 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Combined Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules with wandai decoction were more effective and low recurrence rate than merely used the last one, and is worth to practice.
