摘　　要：经过50多年的艰苦创业,湖北水电建设取得举世瞩目的成绩,对水能资源开发利用的程度已达86%,可以说湖北进入水电大开发之后年代。面对此时此况,我们该做什么事,是摆在面前的大课题。就此提出了相关的建议。Through more than 50 years arduous creative work the Hubei hydropower construction has got the focus of world＇s attention,86% water resources have been exploited,which means Hubei Province has entered into the later ages of immense hydropower development.We have before us such a situation： what should we do？ It is a stupendous task confronting us.In connection with this,the author proposes some suggestions concerned.
