摘 要:综采支架工作阻力的大小,直接决定着综采支架的架型和质量,关系到矿井的生产和安全,影响到矿井的经济效益和社会效益。运用国内外对支架阻力的计算方法,借助相似模拟试验,确定了金刚矿3115工作面综采支架工作阻力为2400 kN。现场使用效果表明:使用综合机械化开采经济效益和社会效益明显,不过在确定液压支架工作阻力时,应充分参考同一矿井与拟用综采工作面毗邻区采煤工作面的矿压观测结果,由此获得的工作阻力更加可靠合理,适当降低3115工作面综采支架工作阻力,仍可满足安全生产要求。Working resistance of fully mechanized mining supports directly determines type and quality of fully mechanized mining supports,is related to production and safety of mine,and has an effect on both economic and social benefit.Applying the calculation method for the support resistance home and abroad and by the means of similar model experiment,working resistance of fully mechanized mining supports for No.3115 working face in Jingang Coal Mine was determined as 2400kN.Practical application showed that economic and social benefit of fully mechanized mining is obvious.However,when working resistance of hydraulic supports is determined,the strata stress observation results in the same mine and preparatory fully-mechanized working face of the adjacent mining face should be referred to obtain more reliable and rational value,and to reasonably reduce the working resistance of fully-mechanized mining supports in No.3115 working face,which can still meet the requirement of safe production.
