摘  要:以三乙醇胺(TEA)为抑制剂,采用共沉淀法制备镍钛双金属氢氧化物(Ni-Ti-LDHs),通过离子交换法制备MoO24-和H3Nb6O519-插层化合物,改变材料物理化学性质。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和热重及差热分析(TG-DTA)等方法对插层柱撑化合物及其焙烧产物结构进行分析。SEM和TEM测试结果表明,通过共沉淀得到的Ni-Ti-LDHs具有明显层状结构;离子交换法所获得的插层产物MoO24--LDHs和H3Nb6O519--LDHs保持明显的层状结构特征。由TG-DTA分析得出样品失重有两个阶段,第一阶段为样品表面物理吸附水分的脱除;第二阶段为层板羟基的缩合脱除。两种不同的多聚阴离子插层后,层间距变化,但对层间作用力影响不大。Polyanions of transition metal(POMs) MoO2-4 and H3Nb6O5-19 intercalated Ni-Ti layered double hydroxides,which was prepared by co-precipitation method with triethanolamine(TEA) as the inhibitor,then alter the physical-chemical properties of materials.The materials as-prepared were characterized by means of power X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) Spectroscopy,Scanning electron microscope(SEM),Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Thermogravimetry and Differential Thermal Analysis(TG-DTA).The results indicated that Ni-Ti-LDHs and intercalated product of MoO2-4-LDHs and H3Nb6O5-19-LDHs were synthesized successfully by co-precipitation and anion-exchange.It's revealed that the material had obvious layered structure and it also maintained complete after exchanging.TG-DTA revealed that its weight loss is divided into two stages,the first stage is water removal from the sample surface by physical adsorption,the second stage is interlayer hydroxyl removal.The results indicated that intercalation of two different anions changed the interlayer distance,but has little effect on the interaction between layers.In this study,Ni-Ti-LDHs and MoO2-4-LDHs and H3Nb6O5-19-LDHs were synthesized successfully by co-precipitation and anion-exchange,then research their structure and thermal stability.
