摘 要:针对目前矿井二期工程的巷道快速施工问题,提出应从总体和局部两个方面进行优化组织和管理。根据井筒提升能力、巷道断面大小和平均进尺,通过计算确定出可同时施工的工作面数,并随着工程的推进,不断地进行优化安排。适当控制管理人员的下井数量,统筹规划各类人员的下井时间,使材料、设备和人员达到平衡来提高工效。根据施工速度通过计算确定矿车的需用量,确保工作面需要的空车数量,并通过合理布置运输线路等措施提高矿车的利用率。在总体优化的基础上,尽量加大设备投入,提高施工机械化程度。通过实测工序时间,制定出切实可行的循环图表,并坚持正规循环。不断提高工人的操作技术水平和施工队的组织管理水平,实时优化组织和管理,方能实现巷道工程的快速施工,缩短建井工期。Aiming at rapid construction in second construction period of mine,global and local optimization of organization and management of construction was proposed.simultaneous excavation working face number was determined by calculation based on hoisting capacity of shaft,roadway section size and average advance of working faces,and optimized with progress of engineering.Work efficiency improvement can be achieved by proper control of management staff underground mine,overall planning time of various personnel going into underground of mine,to work must be plan as a whole.The material,equipment and personnel needing drift construction make balance among materials,equipments and personnel.The required number of mine car is determined by calculation based on construction rate,to ensure supply of empty car needed in working face,and improve utilization rate of mine car by rational arrangement of transportation routes and other measures.On the basis of the overall optimization,try to increase equipment investment to improve the construction mechanization.The feasible circle diagrams is developed by measuring working procedure time in working face,and regular cycle must be persisted.Continuously improve technical level of workers and organization and management level of construction team,real-time optimization of organization and management in order to achieve rapid construction of roadway and shorten construction period.
