摘　　要：[目的]了解寿光市居民的意外死亡率及死亡原因,为制订卫生事业发展规划和卫生政策提供科学依据。[方法]对2009年寿光市居民意外死亡监测资料进行分析。[结果]2009年因意外死亡527例,死亡率为51.21/10万。意外死亡率(/10万),男性为76.65,女性为25.31(P<0.01);0岁、1～4岁、5～9岁、10～14岁分别为10.98、16.84、2.04和15.59,以后各年龄组持续在较高水平,80岁以上为181.91(P<0.01)。机动车交通事故、自杀是男性、女性、男女合计及15～74岁各年龄组的前2位死因;75岁以上的前2位死因是自杀和机动车交通事故。[结论]机动车交通事故、自杀、淹死和意外中毒是2009年寿光市居民主要的意外死亡原因。[Objective]To understand the mortality rate of accidents and major causes of death among residents in Shouguang city so as to provide scientific basis for public health planning and policy making.[Methods]Mortality data due to accidents in Shouguang city,2009 were analyzed.[Results]A total of 527deaths were reported with accident as the underlying cause in 2009 with a death rate of 51.21/105.Mortality rate（per 105 people） for males and females was 76.65 and 25.31 respectively（P0.01）.The rate in 0,1-4,5-9,and 10-14 years age group was 10.98,16.84,2.04,and 15.59 respectively.Mortality increased with age among people aged 15 years and above.The rate in people aged 80 years and over was 181.91（P0.01）.Road traffic accident and suicide were the top two causes of death for males,females,both sex,and people aged 15-74 years.The top two causes of death for people aged over 75 were suicide and traffic accidents.[Conclusion]The major injury causes of death in Shouguang were road traffic accident,suicide,drowning and poisoning.
