平颤汤治疗帕金森病临床与实验研究

摘　　要：临床观察３０ 例中、重度帕金森病（Ｐａｒｋｉｎｓｏｎ○ｓ ｄｉｓｅａｓｅ，ＰＤ） 患者服用平颤汤（ 炙黄芪、丹参、制大黄、益母草、白芍、钩藤、升麻）后症状体征改善情况，结合氟哌啶醇（ＨＡＬ） 大鼠模型观察该方拮抗大鼠僵住症的作用，以评价平颤汤的临床疗效、量效关系及其作用机制。结果：显效３ 例，有效１７ 例，无效１０ 例，总有效率６６ ．７％ ；实验观察发现该方３６ ～１４４ｇ／ｋｇ 可对抗大鼠僵住症，而以７２ｇ／ｋｇ 效果最佳（ Ｐ＜０．０５～０ ．０１） ，从而证实平颤汤治疗ＰＤ有一定疗效。Clinically the improvement of the symptoms and signs was observed in 30 cases of medium and severe Parkinsons disease after taking“Tremor Relieving Decoction”(Radix Astragali,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Rhei,Herba Leonuri,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis,Rhizoma Cimicifugae),together with the observation of this formulas function in antagonizing catalepsy in rats in holoperidol model,to assess the clinical therapeutic effect,dose.effect relationship and mechanism of“Tremor Relieving Decoction”.The results showed obvious effectiveness in 3 cases,effectiveness in 17cases,failure in 10 cases and the total effective rate in 66 7%.It was found in experimental observation that this formula can antagonize catalepsy in rats in 36～144g/kg,but with the best effect in 72g/kg( P <0.05～0 01),hence for further proof of the certain therapeutic effect of“Tremor Relieving Decoction”in the treatment of Parkinsons disease and its function in resisting muscular stiffness.
