摘  要:为探讨持续性投药方式在旅客列车上的灭鼠效果,我们对南京西站车库夜间库停车3列车底分别以溴敌隆、溴杀灵和杀鼠新3种毒饵进行了持续性毒杀试验。结果表明,不同灭鼠剂在旅客列车上的灭效差异很大,慢性灭鼠剂效果较好(溴敌隆为79.7%,杀鼠新为79.8%),急性、亚急性灭鼠剂灭效不明显(溴杀灵);持续性投药效果最好(以溴敌隆为例,灭效为79.8%),间隔性投药效果较差(四天间隔为17.5%,两天间隔为59.5%);同一种处理方法对于同一车底的不同车厢灭效差异明显,尤其餐车最差(33.3%)。In order to probe into deratization effect of continuous administrating rodenticide fashion in passenger train, we had undertaken a continuous poisoning experiment with poison bait of bromadiolone,bromethlim and shashuxin in three passenger trains,which night - stayed at Nanjing western railway station hangar. The results indicated that different ro-denticides had different deratization ef feet, chronic rodenticide had better effect than sub-a-cute rodenticide(bromadiolone's effect is 79. 7%,whereas bromethlim had none). As to the effect of administrating rodenticide fashion,continuous administrating rodenticide fashion had best effect (as example, bromadiolone had a effect of 79. 8%), interval administrating rodenticide fashion had less effect (effect of four-ray fashion is 17. 5% and that of two-day fashion is 59. 5%). The same processing method got different effect in different kinds of railroad cars,especialy the dining car had worst effect (33. 3%), which indicated that deratization methods on train should varied with different cars.
