芳香凉润通透中药穴位贴敷对冠心病患者血清C反应蛋白及血浆血管性假血友病因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芳香凉润通透中药穴位贴敷对冠心病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及血浆血管性假血友病因子(vWF)的影响。方法将112例冠心病患者随机分为2组,治疗组56例予芳香凉润通透中药穴位贴敷治疗,对照组56例予关节止痛膏穴位贴敷治疗。2组均30 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,观察2组治疗前后CRP及vWF的变化。结果治疗组治疗后CRP及vWF均低于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论芳香凉润通透中药穴位敷贴疗法对冠心病有明显预防和治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of point application therapy of Chinese medicine for Fangxiangjingruntongtou on C reactive protein（CRP） and Von Willebrand disease Factor（vWF） in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 112 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional oral treatment of drug was given in two groups.Point application therapy of analgesic rheumatoid plaster was given in control group（n=56）.Point application therapy of Chinese medicine for Fangxiangjingruntongtou was given in treatment group（n=56）.The course was 30 days in two groups.The changes of CRP and vWF were observed before and two courses after treatment.Results The levels of CRP and vWF after treatment were lower than those before treatment in treatment group（P0.05）.The levels of CRP and vWF in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Point application therapy of Chinese medicine for Fangxiangjingruntongtou has significant prevention and treatment for coronary heart disease.
