摘　　要：目的：测定Ⅱ型糖尿病并高脂血症患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平，并观察多烯康胶丸（ＤＸｋ）对其影响。方法：应用比浊法测定２１例Ⅱ型糖尿病并高脂血症患者和２２例健康查体者（ＮＣ）血浆纤维蛋白原（Ｆｇ）水平。１１例患者继续用Ｄｘｋ（２ｃａｐｓ，ｔｉｄ，ｐｏ）治疗，治疗４周后观察Ｄｘｋ对Ｆｇ和血胆固醇（ＴＣ）及血甘油三酯（ＴＧ）的影响。结果：２１例病人血浆Ｆｇ水平均显著高于ＮＣ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。１１例病人经过Ｄｘｋ４周治疗后，血浆Ｆｇ水平由２．９４±０．４７ｇ／Ｌ下降至２．６２±０．４８ｇ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＴＣ由６．５７±１．１５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ降至５．９９±０．７１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＴＧ由１．８５±０．４２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ降至１．７５±０．３８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＞０．０５）、结论：糖尿病并高脂血症患者体内Ｆｇ水平明显升高，Ｄｘｋ能降低Ｆｇ水平。OBJECTIVE: To measure the Plasma fibrinogen (Fg ) levels of type Ⅱ diabetic. patients complicated with hyper-lipemia. And to investigate the effects of Douxikang capsules(Dxk)on the levels of Fg. METHODS: The plasma Fg levels of 21type Ⅱ diabetic patients complicated with hyperlipemia and 22 normal control subjects(NC ) were measured by immnunotur- bidimetry. And 11 patients, including 4 males and 7 females. were treated by Dxk (2 caps,tid, po)for 4 weeks. RESULTS: It wasshowed that the levels of Fg in diabetic patients with hyperlipemia were significantly higher than those in NC group (P < 0. 01 ).After the treatment by Dxk , the Ievels of Fg were decreased from 2. 94 ± 0. 47g/L to 2. 62 ± 0 .48g/L(P<0.05 ), the concen-trations of total cholesterol (TC) deereased from 6. 57 ± 1. 15mmol /L- to 5. 99 ± 0. 71mmol/L(P< 0. 05 ). but those of triglyceride(TG) didn 't decrease significantly. CONCLUSION: The results suggest That the Fg Ievels in diabetes mellitus patients withhyperlipemia inerease significantly, Dxk can decrease the levels of Fg
