摘 要:采用浸烘循环加速的方法,测试了硫酸盐作用下三种水灰比的锚固砂浆整个劣化损伤过程的单轴抗压强度。观察了试件的宏观破坏形态,对抗压强度时变曲线和抗蚀系数进行了回归分析。结果表明:硫酸盐腐蚀后,锚固砂浆先是表面开裂、剥落,然后失去棱角,最后由于膨胀而破坏。随腐蚀的进行,受压破坏时表现出明显的塑性。水灰比为0.4和0.45的砂浆在硫酸盐作用下,抗压强度先有所上升然后下降,水灰比为0.5的砂浆则直接进入下降段,最大下降量达到83%。水灰比越大的砂浆抵抗硫酸盐腐蚀的能力就越低。Uniaxial compression experiments of anchor mortar of three water cement ratio series with different sulfate corrosion degrees were conducted by the accelerated deterioration experiment technique,and the compression strength of the mortar in whole corrosion procedure was measured.By observing the macroscopic damage shape and analyzing the time-varying strength curves and corrosion resistance coefficient,the regularity of the strength of mortar with different water cement ratio attacked by sulfate was discussed.The surface of the mortar cracks and flaks at the beginning,then it loses its edge and angle and is destroyed by expansion at last.As the corrosion proceeds,the mortar becomes more plastic under pressure than before.The results show that the speed of sulfate attack is accelerated with the increasing of water cement ratio,the compression strength of the mortar of water cement ratio 0.4 and 0.45 at first increases and then decreases,while the strength of the mortar with water cement ratio 0.5 decreases all the time with the corrosion progresses,the maximum reduction reaches 83%.
