耦合电感在交错并联功率因数校正变换器中的应用

摘  要:基于交错并联PFC变换器中两分立电感的减小会导致输入电流纹波的增大,电网频率的提高会使波形系数变差,提出采用耦合电感代替分立电感方法,并分析了耦合电感在正向及反向耦合方式下,不同耦合度对交错并联变换器特性的影响,指出适当的正向耦合有助于提高变换器的电流上升斜率。仿真结果表明:耦合电感对减小电流纹波,改善波形系数有很好的效果。Interleaving technology was used for restraining input current distortion at the zero-crossing of power factor correction circuit.In the interleaving PFC converter,two separated inductances’reduction would increase the input current ripple and the higher grid frequency would cause bad current wave form factor.Separated induct-ance was replaced by coupling inductance.The effects of coupling inductance on interleaving converter’s character-istics under the forward coupling and the reverse coupling mode were analyzed,It pointed the suitable forward cou-pling was helpful to raise converter's electric current rising slope.The simulation results indicated the good effect of coupling inductance for reducing the electric current ripple and improving wave form factor.
