摘  要:对45钢基体进行激光熔覆Ni包WC金属陶瓷涂层强化处理,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜-能谱分析(SEM-EDX)和透射电子显微镜(TEM),研究了激光熔覆Ni包WC涂层的显微组织和物相组成,并采用摩擦磨损试验和电化学测试系统研究了Ni包WC涂层的摩擦磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,在激光熔覆Ni包WC金属陶瓷涂层中,WC陶瓷颗粒均匀分布在涂层的中部,与Ni基粘结相紧密结合。与45钢基体相比,熔覆层的耐磨性能提高了约15倍,摩擦系数降低了一半,耐腐蚀性能提高了近3倍。将激光熔覆Ni包WC涂层技术应用于抽油泵柱塞上,柱塞寿命提高了3倍以上,应用效果良好。A 45 steel substrate was strengthened by laser cladding Ni-coated WC cermet coating.The microstructure and phase composition of the laser-clad Ni-coated WC metal cermet coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The wear and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied by friction-wear tester and electrochemical test system.The results showed that the WC cermet particles are uniformly distributed in the middle of the coating and are combined tightly with nickel substrate.Compared with the 45 steel substrate,the wear resistance of the coating is increased by nearly fifteen times,the friction coefficient is reduced by half,and the corrosion resistance is increased by nearly three times.The service life of the oil pump plunger is increased by more than three times after applying the laser cladding of Ni-coated WC metal cermet coating,which presents good application effect.
