摘　　要：目的研究良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者前列腺内腺动脉血流阻力指数(RI)在判断良性前列腺梗阻(BPO)中的临床意义。方法对280例BPH患者通过经直肠超声检测前列腺内腺动脉RI,通过尿动力学检测获得尿流率、逼尿肌压、AG数等尿动力学指标,分析RI值与膀胱出口梗阻的相关性。结果 RI值与尿动力学指标AG数存在良好的相关性。RI值≥0.70为界值诊断BPO的灵敏度为94.25%,特异度为85.85%。结论经直肠超声检测RI可以作为尿流动力学检查以外诊断BPO的补充方法。Objective To study the relation between benign prostatic obstruction（BPO） and the trasitional zone resitance index of the BPH patients.Methods 280 patients with BPH were examined by transrectal ultrasound and urodynamic.The resistance index（RI） value was showed by transrectal ultrasound,and other indexes such as ＂urinary flow rate＂,＂detrusor pressure＂ and ＂AG number＂ by urodynamic check.The correlation between artery RI value and BPO was assessed.Results If the cutoff of RI values ≥ 0.70,the sensitivity of diagnosing BPO was 94.25% and specificity was 85.85%,and RI had a favorable connection with AG Number.Conclusion The RI value is accurate in the diagnosis of BPO and can be used as a supplement to urodynamics in evaluation of BPO.
