老年患者手背静脉穿刺方法探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨提高老年患者静脉穿刺成功率的方法。方法选择在我院内科住院接受静脉输液治疗的老年患者1200例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组600例,分别采用手放松法和手握拳进行手背静脉穿刺,比较两组患者首次静脉穿刺成功率和穿刺时疼痛程度。结果试验组的穿刺成功率高于对照组,而疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用手放松法对老年患者进行手背静脉穿刺,可以提高穿刺成功率,减轻患者痛苦,是理想的静脉穿刺法。Objective To discuss successful rate of venipunctures on back of the hand for old patients.Methods 1 200 old patients were randomized to receive venipuncture on the back of the hand with hand slackening method（HSM group;n= 600） and clenching fist method（CFM group;n= 600）.To compare venipuncture successful rate and pain level of the two teams.Results Venipuncture success rate of HSM group is higher than CFM group while pain level lower than CFM group.Conclusion HSM is a good venipuncture method,with high successful rate and low pain level.Venipuncture successful rate of HSM group was higher than that in CFM group,and pain level lower than that in CFM group.
