降逆汤对支气管哮喘并胃食道返流患者肺功能及气道反应性的影响  

Effect of Jiangni Decoction on Pulmonary Function and Airway Responsiveness in Asthmatics with Associated Gastroesophageal Reflux

摘　　要：为探讨降逆汤对支气管哮喘（ 简称哮喘） 并胃食道返流（ Ｇ Ｅ Ｒ） 患者肺功能与气道反应性的影响，本研究将５４ 例哮喘并 Ｇ Ｅ Ｒ 患者随机分为降逆汤组、西药组与对照组，前两组分别给予降逆汤与雷尼替丁等西药治疗６ 周。结果显示：降逆汤治疗后患者哮喘与 Ｇ Ｅ Ｒ 临床积分明显降低，内窥镜下食管炎明显改善，肺功能指标显著增加，气道反应性则明显降低（ Ｐ 均＜ ０ ．０１） ；且和对照组比较，差异有非常显著性（ Ｐ 均＜ ０ ．０１） ，但与西药组比较，差异无统计学意义（ Ｐ 均＞ ０ ．０５） 。提示降逆汤通过治疗 Ｇ Ｅ Ｒ 而改善哮喘并 Ｇ Ｅ Ｒ患者之肺功能与气道反应性。To study the effects of Jiangni Decoction on pulmonary function as well as airway responsiveness in asthmatics with associated gastroesophageal reflx(GER),54 patients with asthma and GER were divided into 3 groups randomly:Jiangni Decoction group(n=18),western drugs group(n=18) and control group(n=18). In the Jiangni Decoction and western drugs groups,patients were administered with Jiangni Decoction and Ranitidine as well as Cisapride for 6 weeks,respectively.The results showed that the refluent and asthmatic symptoms were significantly relieved and the VC,VC% Pred,FVC,FVC% Pred,FEV 1,FEV 1/FVC,PEF,PEF% Pred,histamine PC 20 FEV1 were markedly increased after Jiangni Decoction antireflux treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences in these indexes between Jiangni Decocation group and control group(P<0.01),but no difference between Jiangni Decoction group and western drugs group(P> 0.05) .These results indicate that the pulmonary function and airway responsiveness can be improved after Jiangni Decoction antireflux treatment in asthmatics with associated GER.
