摘 要:以紫叶小檗幼苗为试材,研究了不同浓度的植物喷施灵对其生长及生理效应的影响。结果表明:喷施0.65 g/L植物喷施灵(处理1)对紫叶小檗株高生长量促进最显著;和喷施1.30 g/L植物喷施灵(处理2)一样均可有效促进紫叶小檗茎干增粗;喷施植物喷施灵可降低SOD、CAT酶的活性,而POD酶活性在不同处理间存在一定的差异;与其它处理相比,处理1在整个生长期丙二醛含量最低,细胞膜的透性最小,为最佳喷施处理浓度。Berberis thumbergii cv.atropurpurea Rehd seedlings were treated with different levels of the sprinkling plant fertilizer in this study.The results showed that the treatment of 0.65 g/L had the most significant effect on height growth of seedlings,while the treatments of 0.65 g/L and 1.30 g/L were both effectively increased the diameter growth of stems.The application of the sprinkling plant fertilizer decreased the activities of SOD and CAT enzymes,and the significant differences between treatments were found for POD activities.During the treatment process,the treatment of 0.65 g/L resulted the lowest cell membrane permeability,which is the optimized treatment level.
