摘 要:目的检测疫苗接种后血清IL-2和IL-6表达情况。方法ELISA双抗体夹心法。结果初次免疫7d与免疫前机体对IL-2、IL-6的表达均无差异;再次与加强免疫后与免疫前对IL-2、IL-6的表达相比较有显著性差异;56d后检测其IL-2、IL-6表达为正常水平。结论HFRS疫苗接种后机体对IL-2、IL-6表达升高,再次接种21d和加强接种7d之间达最高水平,以后随时间的延长逐渐恢复到正常水平。Objective To observe the IL-2 and IL-6 levels in the sera from the nomlal human inoculated with the HFRS. Methods ELISA. Results The IL-2 and IL-6 levels of the they inoculated with HFRS vaccine in 7 days are not high. The IL-2 and IL-6 levels of the body re-inoculated with the HFRS vaccine are significantly increased. The IL-2 and IL-6 levels of they at 56 days after inoclulating HFRS vaccine are normal. Conclusion The IL-2 and IL-6 levels of they inoculated with HFRS vaccine are increased. That levels of they, after 7 days, re-inoculated with HFRS vaccine are the highest. After that, the IL-2 and IL-6 levels of the they are gradually decreased to the normal levels.
