摘  要:以阳离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和中性单体丙烯腈为功能纤维的接枝单体,用接枝共聚法制备了扬声器振膜功能性纤维新材料。结果表明,这两种单体具有较好的协同作用效果,在浆浓10%,w(DMC+丙烯腈):w(绝干纤维)=9:10,交联剂用量为单体用量的7%,引发剂用量为绝干纤维量的8%的条件下,反应时间在2h,反应温度为50℃时纤维的接枝率最高,接枝纤维浆抄造的纸页的抗张强度和抗水性最好。由实验可得出在单体浓度增加的情况下,纤维的接枝率逐渐降低,但变化不大,在绝干纤维用量为25g,单体用量DMC为15g,丙烯腈为15g,获得的接枝浆与未接枝浆配抄比例为60%时,抗张强度可提高67.24%,耐破强度提高66.2%,吸水性下降36.56%。The cationic monomer DMC and neuter monomer acrylonitrile were used for preparing functional fiber which used in loudspeaker diaphragm by means of graft polymerization.This functional fiber was a type of new materials.The results showed that these two kinds of monomer had good synergistic effect.When the pulp consistency was 10%,the mass ratio of DMC and acrylonitrile to dry fiber was 9:10,the dosage of cross linker was 7% on the monomer,the dosage of initiator was 8% on dry fiber,reaction time was 2 hours,the grafted rate of fiber reached the highest,and the tensile strength and water-resistance of paper manufactured by grafted fiber pulp were also the best.The experiment results also revealed that,with the monomer concentration increasing,the fiber graft rate decreased gradually,but changed slightly.When the dry fiber was 25g,DMC was 15g,acrylonitrile was 15g,ratio of grafted pulp furnished in paper was 60%,tensile strength could be raised by 67.24%,bursting strength raised by 66.2%,and hydroscopicity declined by 36.56%.
