多种工艺组合用于废纸制浆造纸废水处理

摘　　要：采用水解酸化-UASB-低压射流曝气工艺处理废纸制浆废水,对整个工艺及调试运行过程进行详细介绍并对遇到的问题进行分析。实际运行结果表明,该工艺设计合理,运行稳定可靠,总排放口出水COD≤90mg/L、SS≤50mg/L、BOD5≤20mg/L,出水水质可达到《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008)的要求。Using hydrolytic acidification-UASB-low pressure jet aeration system for treatment of wastewater from wastepaper pulping and papermaking this article introduces the whole process and commissioning process in detail and the commissioning of the operational process was analysed.The practical result shows that the process design is reasonable,reliable,and the total water discharge is as followings：COD ≤90mg/L,SS≤50 mg/L,BOD5 ≤20 mg/L,and the effluent quality can meet ＂The paper industry water pollutand discharge standard＂（GB3544-2008） requirements.
