摘 要:试验初步研究了克阔乐用于防除罂粟的效果。采用随机完全区组设计,在罂粟花蕾期喷施24%的克阔乐,研究其对罂粟叶片光合特性(photosynthesisi traits)、叶绿素含量(chlorophyll content)、相对含水量(relative water con-tent)、细胞质膜相对透性(plasma membrane permeability)和脯氨酸含量(proline content)的影响。结果表明:随处理浓度的增加,光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)气孔导度(Gs)、细胞相对含水量(RWC)和叶绿素含量(CCI)均有不同程度的降低,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、脯氨酸含量(PC)和相对透性表现为升高的趋势。其中0.5 mL.L-1、1.0 mL.L-1和2.0 mL.L-1处理对植株的影响不明显,4.0 mL.L-1处理后Pn和Tr与对照相比显著减小,植株表现出不同程度的萎蔫,8.0 mL.L-1处理后各指标均极显著低于对照,且植株严重萎蔫枯死。花蕾期喷施4.0 mL.L-1的24%克阔乐乳剂可高效快速杀灭原植物罂粟。To study the effect of Cobra on controlling poppy,field trials were conducted by completely random design to spray 24% Cobra and the effect of cobra on photosynthesis traits,chlorophyll content,relative water content,plasma membrane permeability and proline content of poppy was analysed.The results showed that,with the increase of concentration of trearment,photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),cell relative water content(RWC)and chlorophyll content(CCI) were reduced in different extents.The intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),proline content(PC)and plasma membrane permeability showed the rising trend.The influence of treatment of 0.5 mL·L-1,1 mL·L-1 and 2 mL·L-1 on poppy was not obvious.After the treatment of 4 mL·L-1,Pn and Tr were significantly reduced in contrast with CK and the plant withered in different extents.Each index of trearment of 8 mL·L-1 was extremely below CK,the plants witherdied and even died.Thererfore,this experiment suggested that,by spaying 4 mL·L-1 of 24% Cobra,the original plant poppy may be quickly and efficiently killed.
