摘　　要：对欧洲各国男篮在历届世界男篮锦标赛以及奥运会男子篮球比赛中的成绩进行权重分析,认为,其长盛不衰、始终占据优势地位的因素包括政治、经济、文化和竞技体育体制因素。竞技体育体制包括:运动员的选材与培养、技战术风格特点、高水平联赛的发展、科研支持、教练员的选拔与培养。The study of the performances of European men＇s basketball at the Basketball-en＇s World Championships and the Olympic Games showed that its dominant role in the world came from its political,economic,cultural and sports system.The sports system focused on the high quality of athlete and coach selection and training,the style of tactics and techniques,the high level leagues and the strong scientific researches.
