摘　　要：药历分为教学药历和工作药历。教学药历的首次病程录一般记录首次治疗方案分析,包括治疗原则、具体方案、监护计划和用药指导。本文通过1例冠心病并发心功能不全病人的教学药历,重点显示首次病程录的内容和意义。The first disease course record in the pharmaceutical history for trainees includes the treatment principles,treatment schedule,plan of the pharmaceutical care and medical guidance.In this paper,the pharmaceutical history for trainees of one case with coronary heart disease complicated by heart failure is shown,and the contents and clinical significance of the first disease course record is particularly described.
